i30 Media Corporation is the publisher of In 30 Minutes® guides and technology cheat sheets, EasyGenie® genealogy forms, the Priority Payload Report newsletter, and in30minutes.com. All products are intended for a general adult audience. The company was established in 2013 and is located in the Boston area.
Secure shopping
Online purchases on in30minutes.com take place over a secure connection. On the checkout page, look for the lock icon in your browser’s address bar which confirms an encrypted connection. Your payment is processed using PCI Compliant service providers, which meet current security standards for handling payment information. Payments are processed by established, reputable payment services including but not limited to PayPal, Apple Pay, and Stripe. Publisher i30 Media does not see or store ANY credit card numbers, expiry dates, or security codes.
Shipping & Handling
Orders under $25 are a flat rate of $3.99. Orders $25 and above are shipped free of charge to customers in the United States. We do not deliver printed products to locations outside of the United States. However, PDF and other electronic versions may be purchased by international customers.
Books, cheat sheets, and other printed products are generally sent via USPS Media Mail, USPS First Class Mail, or USPS Priority Mail. For larger orders we may use UPS services including UPS Ground. Orders are packed into bubble or cardboard mailers.
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, but may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to inclement weather or production issues. If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please contact us using the contact information listed below.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Privacy
i30 Media Corporation does not sell names, emails, or other personal information to third parties. We may send email to you concerning orders, shipments, special offers, and news about our products. If you do not wish to receive these emails, simply click the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of the message.
